Search for a person via Unifinder

How you search for persons to communicate with or to transfer calls to in CallGuide Agent Unifinder, depends on if any, and if so, which UC system that is connected to your CallGuide.

Default is that Unifinder:

• Starts looking for what you have entered in the search field when you click on to the left, or press ↵
• Does not distinguish between lower case and upper case letters, meaning that ANNA and anna and AnNa provide the same result
• Searches for what starts with what you enter. With S you can find Svensson but not Anderson.
